Build the resume locally

With Pandoc installed, generate the HTML from Markdown with the site CSS:

pandoc resume.md --standalone --css=resume-style.css --output=index.html

index.html and resume.html are deployment artifacts and are ignored by Git. The deployment also keeps the generated document available as /resume.html.
